Mr. Aziz Dhanani

Founder and President

Mr. Dhanani is a leading entrepreneur in the Metro Atlanta area and a passionate supporter of community initiatives across the board. He is a well-known philanthropist both nationally and internationally. Prioritizing work and always helping local communities and governments is his unqualifying mission. He serves as a board member and advisor on many organizations, businesses, education and charitable institutions both nationally and internationally. In a relatively short period of time Premier Petroleum® has grown to be a dynamic force in the wholesale gasoline distribution business.

David Bernd

Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy

David Bernd is the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, with immense and competence. With over 40 years of hands-on experience in international leadership, operations, engineering, economic development, site selection, research and development, David is extremely driven and focused to take Premier Petroleum® to greater Heights.

David’s roles and responsibilities are to enhance business development and strategy for Premier by transforming all the divisions into high-yielding and performing sectors.

Muhammad Dhanani

Principal

Muhammad Dhanani is the Principal of Premier Petroleum® who joined in January 2023. He graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance and Information Systems & Operations Management.

Prior to joining the company, Muhammad worked as a consultant for Insight Sourcing Group with a primary focus in direct materials sourcing. Through his tailored sourcing strategies, Muhammad helped his clients save $40M+ in aggregate. Muhammad is very motivated to build upon this experience at Premier Petroleum® and drive the company to be best in class across all business units.

Malik Tajani

Vice President

Malik Tajani is the Vice President of Operations at Premier Petroleum®, having joined the company in 2013. He graduated from Emporia State University in 1988 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.

Malik has accrued over 30 years of experience in the fuel/petroleum industry. He has held multiple positions throughout his career, including convenience store cashier, store supervisor and store manager. Malik bought his very first location in 1990. During his 23 years as a self-employed businessman, he bought, owned, and sold multiple locations, gaining insight and exposure to every aspect of the business. Malik strives to offer exceptional service, being able to relate to the challenges that dealers face while operating their business.
